And like that it’s a wrap on the Black Ops 4 multiplayer Beta. Like every Call of Duty there were some mixed reviews about the game. A lot of people did not seem to like the body armor and health being at 150 instead of the standard 100. With some of the gameplay and mechanics issues aside one cannot argue with the way Treyarch handled the Beta. Feedback from players like you have made Treyarch issue a list of permanent changes they are implementing to the games released version in October. That’s pretty huge considering in the past most Betas were essentially the game, minus a few cosmetic enhancements here and there.
Some of the more notable changes to the game so far are a Fog Of War nerf and a buff to Tac Deploy equipment that will warn you if enemies are nearby when you respawn. Helps prevent people camping your TAC insert. Body armor has been nerfed and if you kill someone wearing Body Armor you get an extra 25 points towards your score streaks. This could help give you the little extra you need to let slip the dogs of war!
No Beta is ever perfect and Black Ops 4 while fun, was far from perfect. Perhaps the biggest reason it seemed so bad was the core mechanics have been changed and perhaps it is just an adjustment we as players need to make to reap the benefits of the new advantages.
