If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept product returns in any condition within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To return an item for a refund or replacement:

Your return request will be processed in the order it was received. It can take 1-3 business days for us to process your return. If you do not hear from us with further instructions after 1-3 business days. Please contact us at support@sliqgaming.com.
Once your return has been approved we will provide you with further instructions.
A pre-paid return label will be issued to returns that meet a certain criteria. Returns that do not qualify for pre-paid return shipping must be shipped by the buyer under their own expense.
